Boise State vs. Utah State College Football Picks: For gambling's sake, let's cut to the chase about Friday's College Football Picks, ESPN2 televised (9:30 pm ET) WAC college football game to be played between Boise State and Utah State. The Aggies have no business being on the same football field with Boise State. The Broncos will not lose this football game. The only question needing an answer is - by how many points - will Boise State win by.
 College football picks oddsmakers at BetUS.com list the Broncos as 23-chalk favorites versus the Aggies with a 62 total. Aggies backers are getting +1100 moneyline odds as a heavy home underdogs. If you're totally crazy, you can bet on a BSU SU win but it will be costly by the tune of $1100 to win $100. However, we did say Utah State has no chance of winning the game - and we stand by that.
Let's look at betting trends for this game. Boise State is 10-0 SU. They are very good ATS cashing for backers in 7-of-9 board listed games. Only six of BSU's games was there a posted total and in those contest the OVER/UNDER split 3-3. For tonight's game the total is 62, a figure we feel might go over. In the Broncos' last two games, versus Louisiana Tech and Idaho, the total hit 80 points or beyond.
Like BSU, the Aggies have done very well for backers by cashing ATS in 7-of-9 board listed games. Of course SU the Aggies are only 2-8 with wins over (FCS) Southern Utah and Louisiana Tech.
It's our opinion that Utah State will score some points on the Broncos. They have shown some competitive fire within the WAC, only losing by three to explosive Nevada and beating Louisiana Tech outright by two. USU only lost to Fresno State by four and opened the season with an 18 point loss to a very good Utah team. Giving 23 and taking BSU might not be a good idea. But we do back up what we said - the Aggies do not belong on the same field with Boise State. How about making a fun bet taking the Aggies +23 and betting the OVER too.

 The Bengals (7-2) won at Pittsburgh 18-12 in Week 10 and still sit atop the . They should have little trouble containing Oakland's undistinguished cadre of receivers. They have a combined eight interceptions this season. The Bengals offense is ranked 20th overall with a 19th ranked pass game and an 11th ranked running game and they’ll be all over the Raiders 24th ranked defense that gives up a high 24.1ppg. The Bengals have a chance to win five road games in a row for the first time in club history. Cincinnati has firmly established itself as the favorite in the AFC North. They’ve already swept its two chief rivals, Pittsburgh and Baltimore and the Raiders should not present much of a challenge to the Bengals. They must avoid a letdown after last week's emotional win. The Bengals average 22ppg and give up 16.3ppg, while they are 4-0 SU on the road where they average 22.2ppg and allow 17.5ppg. They are 6-3 ATS and 4-5 over/under.
The Raiders (2-7) lost to Kansas City 10-16 in Week 10. QB JaMarcus Russell made nine of 24 passes for 67 yards before he was benched for backup QB Bruce Gradowski, who made four of eight passes for 46 yards with two interceptions. RB Michael Bush had 14 carries for 119 yards, while RB Justin Fargas added a TD. Their top WR Johnnie Lee Higgins made four catches for 41 yards. Russell was benched for ineffectiveness in two of the past three games as Coach Tom Cable grew more frustrated with Russell's inaccuracy and poor decision-making in his third season in the NFL. They mostly stick to their ground game, which is currently ranked 20th, led by RB Michael Bush. The Raiders are 8-0 all-time against the Bengals at home . The Raiders average 9.8ppg and give up 24.1ppg, while they are 1-4 SU at home where they average 9.2ppg and allow 22ppg. They are 4-5 ATS and 3-6 over/under.

Point-Spreads.com was forwarded a copy of a letter going out by Vantis, the liquidators of BETonSPORTS. All former players should reach out to claim any funds owed. It looks like the liquidators have been able to recover some of the funds owed to the company before its collapse.
 Dear BETonSPORTS Customer,
Further to our report in July 2009 we write to provide a further UPDATE with regard to Liquidation matters. This report is to be read in the context of those previous reports.
Assets
In our last report we advised that we had been able to reconstruct sufficient company records to instruct lawyers to commence recovery of a credit card payment processor debt. Our lawyers have now entered into correspondence with the debtor, and in an attempt to resolve the dispute in a cost effective way, a meeting was recently held with the debtor with a view to reaching settlement.
A further exchange of information was agreed, after which time we will invite a settlement or proceed with litigation. The nature of the debt is highly complex, as it relates to several million dollars worth of gaming debts processed by credit cards during the BETonSPORTS trading period. We are also pursuing a US citizen for a debt, having recently acquired supporting documentation to the debt from our investigations in Costa Rica.
Gary Kaplan Forfeiture
Gary Kaplan, a founder director and shareholder of BETonSPORTS, has been sentenced in the USA to a term of 51 months in prison for conspiring to violate U.S. racketeering and other laws. As part of a plea agreement he also forfeited personal assets of over $43 million to the US government.
We immediately sought legal advice in the US with a view to laying claim to a portion of these funds on behalf of the BETonSPORTS creditors and after careful consideration of the options open to us we have now lodged a petition with the US Attorney General under US Remission Proceedings. We await the outcome of the Attorney General's deliberations.
Creditors
Despite attempting to contact over 89,000 potential creditors by either email, mail or public advertisement, we still have only received claims from 9,206 player creditors totaling $8,099,905 and in addition we have now agreed claims from trade creditors totaling $14,711,552.
General
We continue diligently to pursue the assets of the company with a view to maximising the return to the gaming clients and other creditors. We continue to investigate the pre liquidation activities of the Company, and the board of directors, and we have a continuing dialogue with the Department of Justice in the USA, and the High Court in Antigua and Barbuda with regard to all Liquidation matters.
As stated previously we have no interest or desire to delay matters or allow the proceedings to become unnecessarily protracted. BETonSPORTS generated over $1.1 billion of gaming turnover per annum in various jurisdictions around the world. Unwinding the affairs of such a company is a highly complex exercise.
In view of the fact that there are many thousands of individual creditors, it is not cost effective to pay interim distributions to creditors. However we will seek to distribute funds as soon as asset recoveries permit. The current financial position of the Liquidation estate is as follows:
Assets recovered to date: $2,160,511
Liquidators' fees to date: ($131,595)
Legal fees & other disbursements to date: ($692,452)
Balance of funds in hand as at 16.11.09 - $1,336,464
