Shannen Doherty Dancing With The Stars Season 10 Odds: ‘Charmed’ star and ‘90210’ badgirl, Shannen Doherty, has decided to accept an invitation to do ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 10. Bodog.com has posted entertainment betting odds to win Dancing with the Stars and has Shannen Doherty winning the mirror-ball trophy with 16 to 1 odds.
Shannen refused the offer to dance on DWTS for several seasons now. She suffers from severe panic attacks in front of live audiences. Shannen insists her severe stage fright kept her from signing up in the past, but she decided to accept the challenge this year after watching her dad Tom's battle to recover from a stroke. Shannen recently revealed, "He lost his speech, he wasn't mobile. He was really struggling, and still is. When I mentioned this to him, he got really excited, and he wanted me to do it. I thought, if my dad can fight through having a stroke and the loss of being able to communicate, I think I can do this for him. So I figured I'm going to get over my fear for him. ... I have a huge fear of live audiences. I break out in hives, full blown panic attacks, and everything else."
Not only is Shannen’s condition is pretty serious, it seems she may be completely out of shape . "I break out in hives, full-blown panic attacks and everything else," she confesses. She also added, "I don't work out. I need to get my endurance up. I'm going to get in great shape, and everyone who I know who's been on the show has had a great time. It's with hesitation and fear, but it's going to be good to conquer a fear."
Luckily Shannen has been paired with professional dancer Mark Ballas. He has two wins under his belt on DWTS and is know for bringing the best out of each contestant. Shannen is also confident she'll have a good time since fellow former 90210 co-stars Ian Ziering and Jennie Garth have already competed on the ABC reality series.
I hops Shannen still acts like a crazy diva and throws a punch at someone!
DWTS begin its 10th season at 8:00 PM on March 22nd on FOX. Shannen will compete against other starts such as Pamela Anderson, Kate Gosselin, and Nicole Scherzinger.
Bodog.com has posted entertainment betting odds to win Dancing with the Stars Season 10:
Aiden Turner: 18/1 Buzz Aldrin: 50/1 Chad Ochocinco: 9/2 Erin Andrews: 7/2 Evan Lysacek: 2/1 Jake Pavelka: 16/1 Kate Gosselin: 16/1 Niecy Nash: 25/1 Nicole Scherzinger: 3/1 Pamela Anderson: 12/1 Shannen Doherty: 16/1 |
