Green Bay Packers vs Cleveland Browns NFL Picks, Odds & Predictions: The Green Bay Packers and the Cleveland Browns meet this afternoon for an inter-league tussle at Cleveland Browns Stadium in, of all places, Cleveland, Ohio. Kickoff between the two historic franchises is set for 1:00pm ET on FOX. NFL Picks at Sportsbetting.com are not giving the home Browns much of a chance as they are presently a +9 against the spread dog. Packers Breakdown: The bye week apparantly did Green Bay a lot of good because they came out last weekend and destroyed division rival Detroit 26-0 at Lambeau Field to improve to 3-2. The lopsided affair left the Packers in second place in the NFC North, but still 2.5 games back of the 6-0 Vikings. Despite the easy win, the 435 total yards, and the 23 first downs, the Pack still relived two problems that have dogged them all season...pass protection and penalites. Aaron Rodgers, who has been sacked a league high 25 times this season, was taken down five times by Detroit, and the team also tallied 13 penalities for 130 yards. They may get away with that again today against the hapless Browns, but they cannot afford to do that against good teams and expect to win on a consistent basis. Browns Breakdown: Cleveland fell to 1-5 last Sunday, losing at Pittsburgh 14-27. It was another sloppy affair for Eric Mangini's beleaguered bunch as they turned the ball over four times and racked up a pathetic 12 first downs and 197 total yards. Those numbers are on par with what the Browns have done all season as their 11.5 points and 239.8 yards per game averages would indicate. As far as the Cleveland offense is concerned, Mangini summed it up perfectly earlier this week. "There have been times where we've moved the ball effectively," Mangini said. "We have to do a better job of not stopping ourselves." Look for more Cleveland self and opponent inflicted stoppage today against a Packers defense that is allowing just 18.6 points and 298 yards per game on the season. Sportsbetting.com Green Bay Packers vs Cleveland Browns NFL Picks, Odds & Predictions: Green Bay Packers -9 (-110), Over 41 (-110), -400 (Moneyline) Cleveland Browns +9 (-110), Under 41 (-110), +320 (Moneyline) Cash in with sign-up bonuses, weekly reload bonuses and free payouts at SPORTSBETTING.com, where betting is safe, secure and easy. |

Indianapolis Colts vs St. Louis Rams NFL Odds, NFL Picks & NFL Predictions: The Indianapolis Colts are coming off a bye this week, and fortunately for Peyton Manning and company, they get the equivalent of another today as they face the winless Rams at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis. The game is scheduled to get underway at 1:00pm ET on CBS. NFL Odds at Bodog.com have the Colts listed as a -14.5 against the spread road favorite. Colts Breakdown: Indy headed into their bye week with a perfect 5-0 record, beating Jacksonville, Miami, Arizona, Seattle, and Tennessee by an average of 13.2 points per game. The Colts are also an impressive 4-1 against the spread (3-0 on the road) after averaging 27.4 points per game and allowing a meager 14.2 (29.7 and 14 on the road). The Peyton Manning led offense is posting 404.8 yards per outing (third in the league behind New Orleans and Dallas) while the defense is giving up 295.6 yards per contest. Rams Breakdown: St. Louis fell to 0-6 last weekend, losing 20-23 at Jacksonville in overtime. It was just the second time this season the Rams flirted with victory, the other being a 7-9 loss at Washington. Not surprisingly, St. Louis has been a great fade play, going just 2-4 against the spread after averaging 9.2 points and giving up 28.2 per game. The Rams are generating just 281.3 yards per contest while giving up 384.5. They are also 0-2 against the spread at home where they have scored an average of 13.5 points outing while allowing a staggering 37. NFL Odds Betting Trend: Any team playing as a road favorite coming off a bye week and facing a non-conference is 9-3 against the spread and 10-2 straight up over the last five season. Take the Colts -14.5. Bodog.com Indianapolis Colts vs St. Louis Rams NFL Odds, Picks & Predictions: Indianapolis Colts -14.5 (-105), Over 45 (-110) St. Louis Rams +14.5 (-115), Under 45 (-110) Bet on sports at online sportsbook Bodog.com and receive a 10% Deposit Bonus and start winning today! |

Atlanta Falcons vs Dallas Cowboys NFL Odds, NFL Picks & NFL Predictions: The Atlanta Falcons will go for their third straight win today as they take on the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington, Texas. The Cowboys are coming off a bye, but won two weeks ago against the Chiefs in overtime to improve to 3-2 on the year. Today's game is set to get underway at 4:15pm ET on FOX. NFL Odds at BetUS.com have Dallas listed as a -4.5 against the spread home favorite. Falcons Breakdown: Atlanta ran its record to 4-1 last weekend with a home win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football. The performance was anything but dominating; however, the Falcons did enough to get the 21-14 victory. Mostly they capitalized when the were in the redzone, going 2-for-2, and they avoided making as many mistakes as the Bears (i.e. two turnovers to three by Chicago, six penalites to nine for Chicago, etc). The Falcons have been somewhat of a dichotomy this year in that their points per game and points per game allowed averages, 24.6 and 15.4 respectively, do not seem to mess with their yardage totals. Atlanta's 327.8 total yards and 98.6 rush yards per game averages are not totals that typically translate to a 25 points per game average. And, typcially, a team that allows 359 yards per game usually is not able to hold its opposition to 15.4 points per game on average. At 4-1 this team sure seems for real, but these numbers may reveal something else as the season goes along or they may reveal something else as early as this afternoon. Cowboys Breakdown: Dallas managed to hit their bye week with a winning 3-2 record, but they looked anything but gracefull getting, particularly in their 26-20 overtime win against the Chiefs on October 11th. The Cowboys had plenty of yardage, 498 to be exact, but two turnovers, 13 penalites, and zero points in two redzone opportunities put an ugly face on the victory. Still, a win is a win in the NFL and Dallas did enough to get the job done and head into their bye week on a high note. So, what kind of team will emerge from the brief respite, the one that smoked the Panthers and the Bucs or the mistake prone squad that has been on display in their other three games? NFL Odds Betting Trend: The Cowboys are 7-1-2 against the spread and 10-0 straight up in their last 10 games as a home favorite with a spread between 4 and 7.5 during the month of October. BetUS.com Atlanta Falcons vs Dallas Cowboys NFL Odds, Picks & Predictions: Atlanta Falcons +4.5 (-110), Over 48 (-110) Dallas Cowboys -4.5 (-110), Under 48 (-110) Bet on sports at online sportsbook BetUS.com and receive up to 145% in Cash Bonuses and start winning today! |
