Philadelphia Phillies vs Cincinnati Reds Baseball Predictions at SBGglobal.com have the Reds listed as a -120 money line favorite in their game with the Phillies tonight. Philadelphia took game one of the series by a score of 4-3 last night at Great American Ball Park. This evening's game is scheduled to get underway at 7:10pm ET.Philadelphia Phillies vs Cincinnati Reds Baseball Predictions

Philadelphia took the lead in the National League East last night, winning their fifth straight game by dumping the Reds on the road. The Phillies are now 13-4 in games away from Citizens Bank Ball Park. They have two games left in their series with the Reds before heading to New York to take on the Yankees.

Philadelphia will be counting on left handed hurler Jamie Moyer to extend their win streak to six games. It would appear that age has finally caught up with Moyer, who will turn 47 later this year. The Pennsylvania native has started seven games this season and garnered a 3-3 record. However, his ERA is an astronomical 8.15 and opponents are hitting .344 against him.

Moyer has been particularly bad in his last three outings, giving up 22 hits and 19 earned runs in 11.4 innings. The Phillies have won just one of the 22 year veteran's last three trips to the mound.

The Reds are headed in the opposite direction of Philly, having lost four games in a row. Cincinnati returned home yesterday after going 3-3 in a six game road swing. They swept the Diamondbacks in Arizona and followed that positive up by getting swept by the Padres in San Diego.

Cincy's recent struggles have led to a 20-18 record and fourth place standing in the National League's Central division.

Aaron Harang will take the hill tonight for the Reds. Harang appears to be back to his pre-2008 form, posting a 3.44 ERA in eight starts. Despite his solid season, his record is a sub .500 3-4. The 31 year old has walked 12 and struck 43 in 52.1 innings of work.
