The Indians, which fell to 42-59 with last night's loss, will counter with right-hander Mitch Talbot. The 26 year old Utah native is 8-9 with a 4.08 ERA in 19 starts this season. His numbers were not aided by his last effort as he gave up seven hits and five earned runs in a 3-6 loss to the Rays.
