The Detroit Tigers have won only seven games in August, a month in which the one-time World Series favorites were supposed to make a move. Now they are 11.5 games out of first place in the American League Central and 11 out of the Wild Card race. Today they will try to make up some of the ground as they head to Kansas City, but playing on the road hasn't exactly been a breeze. The Tigers are 29-37 away from home.
