Afterward, Garza reported that his arm felt great and he particularly liked his breaking stuff. Many on the team believe Garza has the best stuff on the Rays staff. He has a mid-90s fastball that sinks, a curve, a slider and a changeup.
The Rays scored three runs in the eighth inning on Friday as they defeated the White Sox 6-2 to take a 2-0 lead in this series.
