Problem is, that because Carpenter has pitched so well thus far, I sense he could have a let down sooner rather than later… but if I had to make a decision right now, the best one I can come up with is the St. Louis Cardinals at +1½! That at least would give a one-run cushion in the case that Carpenter doesn’t have his best stuff tonight… and if he’s on his game, he's the World Series MVP and the Cards would close it out in Game 6 at home!
