2010 World Series Odds: The National League gets home field advantage for this 2010 World Series, a best of seven games event (2-3-2) to be played between NL champs San Francisco Giants and AL winners Texas Rangers, starting with Game-1 Wednesday night (8 PM ET) at AT&T Park in San Francisco. As expected, both Rangers and Giants will send their ace pitchers to start Game-1 on Wednesday. First to take the mound will be Giants right-hander Tim Lincecum. The Giants and Rangers will take a travel day on Oct. 29 before resuming World Series play for Game-3 at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Texas on Saturday (6:30 PM ET, Oct. 30). Colby Lewis will start the game for Texas while San Francisco looks to Jonathan Sanchez. Lewis, a right-hander is 2-0 this postseason with a 1.45 ERA while the Giants left-hander Sanchez is 0-1 with a 2.93 ERA.
