The Chicago Bulls have won their last four games in their series with the Detroit Pistons including the last three games on home court in Chicago’s United Center, but online sportsbook BetUS.com has opened the Bulls as +8-point ATS home underdogs for Saturday’s game. The Pistons look to bounce back from another tough loss and avoid dropping their fifth straight game to the Bulls when the Central Division rivals meet at 8:30 p.m.

The Bulls are just 7-11 at the United Center this season, however, after going an conference-best 31-10 at home last season.
