Right now, the talk is all about Kobe Bryant but not in the usual way. It's more like, "Whats wrong with Kobe". It could be nothing more than the Thunder's ability to guard him which is more than most teams in the league have been able to do.
For Game 5, Bryant say's he is ok. Maybe it's because of the couple days rest he needed. “I feel good right now,” Bryant said Monday. “I’ve battled some injuries, but I feel good today.”
NBA Playoffs predictions: The Lakers might need some love from their fans tonight much like the Thunder got from their jubilant fans in two games at Ford Center. If not they could face another trouncing.
The Thunder roared out to a 12-point lead after the first quarter on Saturday, as they rolled past the Lakers 110-89 to even the best-of-seven Western quarterfinal. Oklahoma City won the game as a 1-point favorite, while the combined score made it OVER the posted total of 193.5. Kevin Durant led the Thunder with 22 points, four rebounds and four assists. Russell Westbrook had 18 points and eight rebounds for the victory. Andrew Bynum had 13 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double in leading the Thunder.
