NBA Playoffs Picks: Cleveland Cavaliers vs Boston CelticsFour in a row, is how many road playoffs games the Boston Celtics have lost in the first two rounds. Monday night the Celtics will look for that elusive road win when they play Game-4 against the Cavaliers at Q-Arena in Cleveland. However, finding a road win in Cleveland could prove to be difficult.

Oddsmakers at online wagering leader Bodoglife.com currently have the Cavaliers listed as 2½-point favorites versus the Celtics, while the game's total is sitting at 181. The Cavaliers easily covered the 2-point spread in Game-3 at Quicken Loans Arena, while the 192 points sailed OVER the posted total of 179.

Point-Spreads.com, NBA Playoffs Picks expert Reno Gold predicts a Celtics SU win and cover ATS Monday night.

The Cavaliers are 3-1 at home during the postseason. In those games, Cleveland has held its opponents to 86.0 points per game on .398 shooting. No team has scored over 88 points against Cleveland in any of the four games. In the game, the Cavaliers shot .536 (37-69) from the field. It marked their highest field goal percentage in a playoff game since Game 5 (May 3, 2006) of the 2006 First Round series against the Wizards when the Cavs shot .543 (44-81) from the field.

The Cavaliers were able to jump out to an early lead in Game-3 and were able to hold off all Celtic advances as the Cavs won their first game of the series 108-84. The Cavs used a 32-13 first quarter to pace the rest of the contest. The Celtics would never come within 10 points the remainder of the contest. Delonte West tied his playoff career high in points scored with 21 points on 7-of-11 shooting including 4-of-6 from downtown.

The Celtics had five players score in double-figures and were led by Kevin Garnett and his 17 points and nine rebounds. Paul Pierce chipped in with 14 points and a team-high five assists. The Cavs were hot from downtown where they shot 10-of-19 (.526). James Posey led the Celtics bench with 11 points including three three-pointers.

"I look for a Celtics SU win and line cover Monday night," said resident Point-Spreads.com handicapper Reno Gold. The Celtics will take advantage of a depleted Cavs interior for sure and get that first road victory."
