The Orlando Magic will attempt to close out the Eastern Conference Finals again, only this time they will do so at the Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida. The Cavaliers lived to fight another day as they overcame the Magic 112-102 in Game 5 on Thursday night in Cleveland. 2009 NBA Playoffs: Cavaliers vs Magic Game 6 betting odds at SBGglobal.com are favoring the Magic -2 against the spread to eliminate the Cavs this evening. Tonight's Cavaliers vs Magic Game 6 is set to tip off at 8:30pm ET; the contest will be broadcast live on TNT. LeBron James simply refused to lose on Thursday night and his cause was finally aided as he got some much needed help from his teammates (five Cavs were in double figures). If James was not scoring, he was opening things up for his compatriots, and the combination proved to be too much for Orlando's defense. James finished the game with 37 points, 14 rebounds, and 12 assists, but it was his play in the second half, particularly the fourth quarter, that broke open a tight ball game. The Akron, Ohio native dropped in 17 fourth quarter points as his repeated isolation at the top of the key made the Magic's defense vulnerable to whatever he wanted to do. Mo Williams, who garnered quite a bit of attention for his 'guarantee' comments prior to Game 5, backed up his words on Thursday night. The Michigan State product scored 24 points, and he took advantage of the coverage James drew by knocking down six of his nine three point attempts. As a team the Cavaliers shot 50 percent from the field and beyond the arc. They also hit 79.4 percent of their foul shot attempts. The Magic did not shoot poorly overall, connecting on 45.8 percent of their field goal attempts, but they hit just 8-of-25 from three point range and an abysmal 68.3 percent from the charity stripe. Dwight Howard and Hideo Turkaglu combined for 53 points and 16 rebounds, but their efforts were not enough to overcome a determined James. That, however, might not be true tonight. Orlando is 6-2 at home in the Playoffs and they are 2-0 against the Cavaliers at the Amway Arena in this series. It will be imperative for the James' supporting cast to have another Game 5-like performance if they are to get past the Magic this evening. Orlando has lost back-to-back games just once in the post-season (Games 4 and 5 versus the Celtics) and they only did it four times during the regular season.
