The Houston Rockets, hot out of the blocks at 3-0 in the young 2007 NBA season begin their quest in becoming the best NBA team in Texas beginning tonight when they tip-off with the once beaten Mavericks (2-1) at American Airlines Center in Dallas at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Online sports wagering site Sportsbook.com is offering the Mavericks as-200 money line favorite with a 5-point chalk against the spread. The game total is holding at 189 ½.

The Mavericks at home blew out the visiting Sacramento Kings on Saturday 123-102 easily covering the 16-point chalk as a home favorite while the OVER flew past the posted 189 total. Dirk Nowitzki and Josh Howard each scored 24 points for Dallas in that win. Jason Terry was good for 16 points. The surprise for the Mavericks was from Jose Juan Barea who scored 25 points.
The Mavericks are 2-1 ATS on the season while the OVER has exceeded the posted total in 2-of-3 games.
