The Los Angeles Clippers (29-28) hope the momentum from Wednesday’s 96-91 win over the Seattle Supersonics (22-35) at Staples Center can carry over when the back to back, home and home series shifts to Key Arena in Seattle with a 10:30 p.m. EST tip-off and televised by TNT. Though the Clippers got the SU win and covered ATS -3, Los Angeles finds itself a +8 underdog for tonight’s game with the total set at 197. The UNDER cashed on the total bet last night. 

On Wednesday the Clippers were led by Corey Maggette and Elton Brand with 18 points each. Brand is the team leader in scoring with a 20.7 points per game average. Sam Cassell played 34 minutes against the Sonics and had 16 points along with five assists. Clippers forward Elton Brand started at center for the fourth straight game and was 0-for-3 from the field in the first half. He was 5-for-14 overall, finishing with 18 points, nine rebounds and a season high seven assists.

Rashard Lewis scored 21 points for the Sonics, who got 19 each from Ray Allen and reserve guard Earl Watson. Chris Wilcox, who was traded to Seattle last February for snowboarding fan Vladimir Radmanovic, shot 6-for-6 from the field and finished with 13 points. Wilcox didn't attempt another shot over the last 15 plus minutes, and committed a critical foul that led to Maggette's winning go-ahead free throws. 

The Clippers hope tonight’s game will be as good as their last trip into Key Arena when they defeated the Sonics on January 8^th by a 22 point margin 98-76.  The win was the Clippers largest margin of victory on the road over the Sonics in franchise history. In the game Chris Kaman recorded a season-high 15 rebounds and Elton Brand led the Clippers with 22 points.
