Since entering the pro ranks in 2001 expectations have been high for undefeated 27-0-1, 17 KO's, middleweight champion Jermain Taylor after his highly decorated amateur career. Taylor has made four title defenses as undisputed middleweight champion after defeating the legendary Bernard Hopkins for the title by split decision in July 2005. Taylor is trained by the highly regarded Emanuel Steward and can be labeled as an awkward Boxer\Puncher with an incredible jab. Taylor stands at a long armed 6'1" tall with powerful upper body strength and a solid chin. Jermain walks around at 177+ Lbs. and he has good power in both hands. Jermain has quick hands with a full arsenal of punches, his best punch being his right cross. The Razorback likes to utilize movement with a loose style that makes him slick defensively. Taylor sometimes looks a little off balance and doesn't sit down on his punches enough. Despite being an outstanding physical speciman Taylor tends to wear down late in fights. Outside the ring Taylor has become a millionaire from boxing and he is a father of five children. Get Einsteins expert boxing picks package today and start winning with consistency today!
