Despite the loss, forward Keaton Nankivil turned in a surprise performance, besting his season scoring average by 16.3 points with a 25 point effort. Nankivil, who also had six boards, connected on seven of his eight attempts from beyond the arc.
Wisconsin is 12-0 at the Kohl Center this season, where the Badgers are outscoring opponents by an average of 11 points per game. Only Duke (4), Purdue (7), Michigan (6), and Penn State (8) have come within 10 points of Bo Ryan's troops in Madison.
