The number four ranked Duke Blue Devils are in Clemson, South Carolina tonight for an ACC tilt with the 10th ranked Clemson Tigers. The game tips off at 9:00pm ET at Littlejohn Coliseum and will be televised live on ESPN. Duke rebounded from just their second loss of the season by beating the Virginia Cavaliers 79-54 on Sunday night. The Devils overwhelmed Virginia in the first half, outscoring them 43-21 and forced 23 turnovers in the game. The big win came after Mike Krzyzewski's squad fell 68-70 at number seven Wake Forest on January 28th. 

The 19-2 Blue Devils' first place standing in the ACC (6-1 in conference play) is on the line tonight when they take on the Tigers. North Carolina is breathing down Duke's neck at 6-2 in ACC action and 20-2 overall. Forwards Kyle Singler and Gerald Henderson will need solid efforts tonight against Clemson's big men in order to keep the Tar Hills at bay. Singler is leading the Blue Devils at 16.2 points per game and 8.1 rebounds per game.

Duke is holding teams to just 59.7 points per game this year, however, in their two losses they have allowed an average of 75.5 points per game.

The Tigers, who are averaging 79.2 points per game, started the season by winning 16 games in a row, but have since dropped two of their last four contests. Clemson lost 68-78 versus Wake Forest at Littlejohn Coliseum on January 17th and 70-94 at North Carolina on January 21st before rebounding to win their last two games.

Oliver Purnell's team overwhelmed Georgia Tech 73-59 previous to dispatching Virgina Tech on January 29th in Blacksburg, Virginia. The Tigers allowed the Hokies 53 first half points, but stepped up the defense in the second half and went on to win 86-82 to remain in third place in the ACC standings.

Clemson, currently 18-2 overall and 4-2 in ACC play, is led by forward Trevor Booker  — 14.8 points per game and 9.1 rebounds per game — and guard/forward K.C. Rivers at 14.6 points and 6.4 rebounds per outing.
