Duke moves to No. 1: College Basketball Rankings & Odds, Feb. 22 2011

The Duke Blue Devils (25-2) began last weekend as the No. 5 ranked team in men's college basketball, but by Monday had jumped back on top. Due to four of the top five teams losing last week, Duke took advantage by defeating unranked Georgia Tech Sunday afternoon. When top-25 votes were tallied in both AP and USA Today/ESPN polls, Duke was back to No. 1. The Blue Devils might be top dog in the media polls, but in online betting, the No. 2 ranked Buckeyes of Ohio State are oddsmakers favorites to win the 2011 Men's NCAA College Basketball championship at +350 odds, while Duke is lined at +400.
