They dominated the Tigers in January, holding them to 27.9 percent from the floor while out-rebounding Missouri 53 to 28. Center Cole Aldrich had his way against the Tigers smaller lineup, scoring 12 points to go along with 16 boards and seven blocked shots.
Missouri brought its overall record to 22-8 on Tuesday night with a dramatic overtime win against Iowa State at the Hilton Coliseum. Guard Zaire Taylor solidified the Tigers tournament status with a last second layup that put Mike Anderson's squad up 69-67. The win jumped Mizzou's Big 12 record to 10-5 and left them in fifth place in the conference standings, just behind Baylor and Texas A&M.
Missouri, which has won four of its last five games, is an impressive 16-1 at home this season, losing only to the aforementioned Aggies 74-77.
