March Madness 2010 Predictions: Everyone loves to cheer for the underdog, but never is that more true than during the NCAA Tournament. This year's field of 65 has plenty of quality teams that are less that household names with the means to become such by next weekend. The following are a couple of longshots with the talent to do some damage: San Diego State and Siena. San Diego State may not ring basketball powerhouse, but the Aztecs went 25-8 overall and 11-5 in 
league action playing in a conference with two top 25 teams (New Mexico, BYU). They were also a respectable 8-7 in true road games and 3-0 in neutral site play.
Steve Fisher, who guided Michigan to the 1989 National Championship before falling from grace, has built his squad on defense as they allow a meager 61 points per game. However, the Aztecs also have four players that average double figures in scoring, led by freshman forward Kawhi Leonard's 12.8. San Diego State has size and good guard play and they definitely have the talent to beat an erratic Tennessee team in the first round.
Siena cruised to first place in the MAAC this year, going 17-1 in league play. The Saints are another well rounded team with guards who can get to the basket and big men who can score and hit the glass. They too have four players that average double figures in scoring and one player, junior forward Ryan Rossiter, who averages a double (13.9 pts, 11.1 rebs).
Siena has played a number of NCAA Tournament teams this season, including Temple, Northern Iowa, Butler, and Georgia Tech. They will not be daunted by a Purdue team that is struggling to find its rhythm since the loss of Robby Hummel.
