The number one seed in the South Region, the North Carolina Tar Heels, will face the Radford Highlanders at 2:50pm ET on Thursday afternoon. The game will take place in the Tar Heels backyard, the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. Should, by chance, Roy Williams' squad emerge victorious, they will take on the winner of the Butler/LSU game.
