2010 NCAA Basketball Tournament Round 1 Thursday Games: College basketball's annual spring fever, the Madness of March, begins Thursday at sites across the country, and on CBS television. And Butler, perfect champions of the Horizon League, squares off with UTEP, an at-large bid out of C-USA, in the 5/12 game in the West out in San Jose (4:55).

And Georgetown, an at-large choice out of the Big East, plays Ohio, champs of the MAAC, in Providence in the 3/14 game in the Midwest (7:25).
