Northern Iowa vs. UNLV NCAA Bracket Predictions 2010: The No. 8 seed UNLV Rebels (25-8) mens basketball team, of the Mountain West Conference, will tangle with 9-seed Northern Iowa (28-4) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Midwest Bracket at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City. Tip off is set for 7:10 p.m. Eastern.
