There will be no surprises today when Texas-San Antonio meets top seeded Ohio State in an East Region battle at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. The Buckeyes got a preview of the Roadrunners the other night when Texas-San Antonio beat Alabama State to advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Of course, UTSA already knows plenty about the Buckeyes, which have been in the top five almost all season long. The two are scheduled to tip off at 4:40pm ET on TNT. College Basketball Picks have Ohio State listed as a -24 against the spread NCAA basketball picks favorite; the Over/Under is set at 140.5.
UTSA garnered its first ever NCAA Tournament win on Wednesday night, beating fellow 16 seed Alabama State 70-61 at the 
University of Dayton Arena in Dayton, Ohio. The Roadrunners, which have won six straight games, dominated the Hornets in the first half, jumping out to a 48-21 lead and then held on in the second frame after being outscored 40-22.
Melvin Johnson III, UTSA's second leading scorer, led the charge for the Southland Conference winner with a career high 29 points on 9-of-17 shooting. The Roadrunners made 30 trips to the charity stripe in the victory.
Ohio State, which limited its opposition to an average of 59.8 points per game, won its seventh straight game last weekend with a 71-60 win over Penn State in the Big Ten tournament championship.
Freshman phenom Jared Sullinger led the way for the Buckeyes against the Nittany Lions, posting 15 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocks. Guards Jon Diebler and William Buford also made their presence felt as the backcourt mates combined for 33 points in the win.
Ohio State, at 32-2, earned the top overall seed in this year's tournament, have reached the regional semifinal in five of their last 10 Big Dance appearances.
College basketball bettors are currently backing the Buckeyes at a 76 percent clip to cover the 24 point spread in today's game.
