The 12th seeded Arizona Wildcats and the 13th seeded Cleveland State Vikings will face each other today in a Midwest Region clash at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. The two squads are set to get things going at 2:40pm ET; the contest will be televised live on CBS. The winner will advance to face either Louisville or Siena in Indianapolis next weekend.

Cleveland State pulled off perhaps the biggest upset of the NCAA Tournament thus far, pounding Wake Forest 84-69 as an eight point underdog. The Vikings jumped on the Demon Deacons early and coasted to their fifth straight win. Cleveland State, which holds teams to an average of 59.2 points per game, is now 26-10 on the season and a perfect 6-0 in neutral site games.
The Vikings tough defense forced 18 Wake turnovers, thus limiting them to a meager 50 shot attempts. On offense, guard Cedric Jackson orchestrated things for Cleveland State as he went for 19 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds. Forwards J'Nathan Bullock and Norris Cole greatly complemented Jackson's effort; the two combined for 43 points.
Arizona, who squeaked into the NCAA Tournament as one of the last at-large bids, made things look easy in their first round battle with Utah. The Wildcats dominated the Utes for a 84-71 victory, moving their overall record to 20-13. The win, just their second in their last seven games, improved Arizona's neutral site mark to 1-1 on the year.
The Wildcats shot 54.5 percent from the field and had four players finish the game in double figures. Forward Chase Budinger and guard Nic Wise teamed up for 49 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists while Jordan Hill added 17 points and 13 boards. Defensively, Arizona forced 19 Utah turnovers and held the Utes to just 8-of-32 from three point range.
