NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 Championship Odds & Predictions: With 2010 NCAA tournament top seed Kansas making an early exit, the favorites roll now falls to the tournaments most talented team, the Kentucky Wildcats. Oddsmakers at online sportsbook Bodog.com have updated their tournament betting board by listing Kentucky, at 9-to-4 odds , the current favorite. Bodog odds also show Ohio State and Duke as near favorites, both at 9-to-2.

NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 Championship Odds & PredictionsSo why is Kentucky now the annointed one? College basketball pundits have always thought the Wildcats were the most talented team. If there was any red flag on the Wildcats, it was the teams level of experience. If the first two rounds are of any indication, the Wildcats have removed those doubts.

Kentucky will likely lose four underclassmen to next month's NBA Draft. Freshman point guard  John Wall is projected to be the first selection with fellow frosh power forward DeMarcus Cousins also going as a lottery pick. Look for forward Patrick Patterson  and Eric Bledsoe to be selected in the top half of the draft. Of Kentucky's top six players, center Darnell Dodson is likely to return in 2011.

Duke is one of the remaining tournament favorites because they are traditionally good and coached by the best in Mike Krzyzewski. While well coached and smart, the Blue Devils aren't on the same level as Kentucky.

"Our team hasn't overlooked anybody all year because we're not a great team," said Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski Sunday, after the Blue Devils won a pretty comfortable game over California, 68-53, and advanced to a South Regional semifinal game against Purdue.

Ohio State has a great chance to win the tournament because of great teamwork – led by 'Sporting News' player of the year Evan Turner.

Turner ,the Buckeyes' "Do it All" junior guard, scored 24 points in the win vs. Georgia Tech Sunday, and eclipsed the 600 point mark this season (601). He averages 20.0 points a game over 30 contests.
