Forward Kyle Singler also had a nice outing, hitting 6-of-12 for 17 points.

Duke will be looking to overcome their recent Sweet Sixteen woes when they meet Purdue tonight. The Blue Devils are 1-5 in their last six regional semifinal appearances, beating only Illinois (2004) in that span.

This evening's contest should be a tight defensive struggle as both teams specialize in disrupting offenses. Purdue has allowed an average of 62.5 points per game in the Tournament (61 on the year) while the Blue Devils have held their first two NCAA opponents to an average of 48.5 per game.
