Arizona and Louisville will meet tonight in a Midwest Region Sweet 16 battle at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The game, which will be televised live on CBS, is scheduled to tip off at 7:07pm ET. This evening's winner will go on to play either Kansas or Michigan State.

Arizona squeaked into the NCAA Tournament this year as a 12 seed, but they have made the most of their opportunity. The Wildcats dispatched Utah in the opening round 84-71 and then proceeded to wipe out upstart Cleveland State 71-57 to advance to the Sweet 16. Arizona is now 21-13 overall with a 2-1 record in neutral site games.

The Wildcats shot 50 percent from the floor and had four players in double figures in their win over the Vikings. Guard Nic Wise had a huge performance, scoring 21 points, dishing out eight assists, and grabbing five rebounds. He also went a perfect 10-of-10 from the charity stripe, contributing greatly to  Arizona's 24-of-28 team effort from the free throw line. Cleveland State managed to hit just three of their 23 three point attempts against the Wildcats perimeter defense.

Louisville advanced to the Sweet 16 after beating Morehead State 74-54 in the opening round and outlasting a game Siena squad 79-72 in the round of 32. The Cardinals, the one seed in the Midwest, moved their overall record to 30-5 with the two victories and extended their current winning streak to 12 games. Rick Pitino's team is now averaging 74.1 points per game while giving up 61.7 per game to their opposition.

The Cardinals hit 49.2 percent from the floor and they dropped in 9-of-20 from three point range in beating the Saints. Louisville also dominated the glass, gaining a 44 to 31 edge on the boards as a result of superior efforts from Terrence Williams and Earl Clark. Williams scored 24 points and snagged 15 rebounds while Clark added 12 points and 12 rebounds. They both had four assists as well.
