Kansas Jayhawks Favored to Win the West RegionalOnline betting giant BetUS.com has posted betting odds making the Kansas Jayhawks -125 and the favorite to win the 2007 West Regional. The 2007 NCAA Basketball Tournament West Regional will be played on March 22nd and 24th at HP Pavilion in San Jose, California and hosted by San Jose State University.

The West Regional looks to be a who’s who of college basketball with several teams offering college basketball bettors great value such as the Duke Blue Devils at +1100 (Bet $100 to win $1,100), Pittsburgh at +900 (Bet $100 to win $900) and the long shot Kentucky Wildcats at +3200 (Bet $100 to win $3,200).
The West Regional is already sold out. Four teams will compete in the West Regional with the winner advancing to the NCAA Final Four in Atlanta, Georgia.
