NIT Tournament: Wednesday night Previews and PicksAfter going 5-2 with our Point-Spreads.com NIT Tuesday picks , we have nine games to preview for Wednesday as our “March Madness” coverage continues. On Tuesday, the big news coming out of the NIT was our predicted upset of Oklahoma State by the Marist Red Foxes. Hopefully we can make tonight’s picks as profitable for you as Tuesday’s picks were. The lines and totals used in this article are provided by BetUS.com.

Clemson Tigers (21-10) vs. E. Tenn. State Buccaneers (24-9), 6 p.m. EDT, Line Clemson -17 (141 total) TV ESPNU.  ETSU, of the Atlantic Sun Conference, were the regular season champs of their league but lost in the tournament to Belmont. ETSU stepped out of conference against three SEC foes this season and were impressive only losing to Tennessee by five and Auburn by six. In their game with Vanderbilt the Bucks were deplorable losing by 42. Clemson started the year with 17 straight wins but cooled off in the second half of the season. Point-Spreads.com pick: ETSU +17.

Syracuse Orange (22-10) vs. South Alabama Jaguars, (20-11), 7 p.m., Line Syracuse -13 ½ (142 total) TV ESPN. The Jaguars have not won a game in a month going 0-4 since Valentines Day. If Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim can quit crying over Syracuse’s snub from the NCAA committee and get his team ready, this should be an easy win for the Orange.   Point-Spreads.com pick: Syracuse -13 ½.

Georgia Bulldogs (18-13) vs. Fresno State Bulldogs (22-9), 7 p.m., Line Georgia -10 ½ (139 ½ total), TV ESPN2. Fresno State is every bit as good as Georgia. FSU had impressive wins against Creighton and New Mexico State and only lost at Stanford by a bucket. Point-Spreads.com pick: Fresno State +10 ½.

Bradley Braves (21-12) vs. Providence Friars (18-12), 8 p.m., Line Bradley -6 (149 ½) TV None. Providence will find out how good the Missouri Valley Conference is. Point-Spreads.com pick: Bradley -6.

Kansas State Wildcats (22-11) vs. Vermont Catamounts (25-7), 8 p.m., Line KSU -12 (135 ½ total) TV ESPNU. This is a dangerous trip into Big 12 territory for the Catamounts. Coach Bob Huggins will have his Wildcats ready. They are already mad and with due cause. Point-Spreads.com pick: Kansas State -12.

DePaul Blue Demons (18-13) vs. Hofstra Pride (22-9), 8:30 p.m., Line DePaul -9 ½ (135 total), TV None. Hofstra, of the Colonial Athletic Association is a good team from a good league but DePaul will probably squeak by in this one. Point-Spreads.com pick: DePaul -9 ½.

Ole Miss Rebels (20-12) vs. Appalachian State Mountaineers (25-7), 8 p.m., Line Ole Miss -6 ½ (145 ½ total) TV None. Mountaineers will be competitive but the Tad-Pad Arena at Ole Miss is a tough venue for a visiting team. Rebels should win this one. Point-Spreads.com pick: Ole Miss – 6 ½.

Missouri State Bears (22-10) vs. San Diego State Aztecs (21-10), 10 p.m., Line MSU -8 (139 ½) TV ESPNU. The Aztecs will be competitive on this trip into Missouri Valley land but Missouri State will win the game. Point-Spreads.com pick: SDSU +8.

Air Force Falcons (23-8) vs. Austin Peay Governors (21-11), 11 p.m., Line Air Force -14 (122 total), TV ESPN2. Both of these teams blew it in their conference tournament. Air Force for sure should be dancing in the NCAA’s. Eagles will soar in this game with the Governors. Point-Spreads.com pick: AF -14.
