BCS Championship Predictions experts will be looking to see if Les Miles and the LSU Tigers can make college football history tonight by becoming the first team with two losses to win a BCS championship. Another record that Miles is trying to secure is to become the first team to be ranked No. 1 twice only to lose the ranking both times and then come back and finish the season at No. 1. LSU has lost two games in a total of six overtimes and there were four other games that the Tigers could have easily lost in the fourth quarter. LSU was tied or trailed going into the fourth quarter including their wins again the Florida Gators, Auburn Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide. The good news for LSU is that they will get to play the No. 1 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes in from of a home town crowd in the Louisiana Superdome.
"There will be some comfort for our team when we walk into this environment," stated LSU Tigers Head Coach Les Miles. "To call that a real advantage, I'm not sure about that. I think the real advantage is making the tackle, making the play on offense."
