Locker, who was a 10th round pick of the Los Angeles Angels in last year's baseball draft, will have a capable group of players around him this season as leading rusher Chris Polk and top receivers Jermaine Kearse and Devin Aguilar all return to Seattle. However, it is Locker that Husky fans are pinning their turnaround hopes on. And, if Washington's senior associate athletic director O.D. Vincent III is correct, they are doing so with good reason.
