Arkansas survived its opener Aug. 30 at home narrowly beating Western Illinois of the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) by the score of 28-24. Arkansas rallied to score two-touchdowns in the fourth quarter after trailing the Leathernecks 24-14 with just under 11-minutes to go.
