2011 College Football Odds Week 3: Two weeks of college football action has distinguished the "haves" from the "have nots" in some respects, but the number of key matchups on this week's docket should clear things up even more as the schedule moves closer to conference play. The following are some of the biggest 2011 College Football Odds Week 3 meetings, which could further separate the wheat from the chaff.

Tennessee Volunteers vs Florida Gators (-9): Will Muschamp's Gators have been impressive through two weeks of play, 2011 College Football Odds Week 3 thumping Florida Atlantic 41-3 and Alabama-Birmingham 39-0. Michigan State Spartans vs Notre Dame Fighting Irish (-5): Notre Dame, favored in its first two games, now sits at 0-2 and on the brink of disaster. Ten turnovers killed the team in losses to South Florida and Michigan and if Brian Kelly's troop do not shore up their ball security, they will suffer another heartbreaker this Saturday. The Spartans, which won 11 games last season, are off to a 2-0 start, having defeated Youngstown State and Florida Atlantic by a combined score of 72-6. Michigan State has enough weapons and talent to upset the Irish, something it did last year in East Lansing despite trailing Notre Dame by seven midway through the fourth quarter.

Auburn Tigers vs Clemson Tigers (-3.5): This season looked like a rebuilding one for Auburn, but a 2-0 start has Tigers fans thinking about another SEC West title. Not so fast War Eagle faithful. Saturday's 41-34 upset of Mississippi State, which featured a defensive touchdown for both teams, saw Auburn give up 31 first downs and 531 yards to the Bulldogs. Clemson, also 2-0 on the year, was even less impressive in its week two win over Wofford. The Tigers barely slipped past the Terriers, winning the game 35-27 when sophomore quarterback Tajh Boyd connected with DeAndre Hopkins on a fourth quarter touchdown pass. Clemson finished the game with 476 total yards compared to Wofford's 399. Over the total anyone?
