College Football Odds Week 4: This past weekend really shook up the landscape of the college football world as No. 3 USC fell at Washington, No. 7 BYU lost to Florida State in Provo, and No. 20 Miami trounced Georgia Tech. It is typical for a weekend of college football action to produce some surprises, but this past Saturday manufactured a month's worth of unexpected endings. Could this week produce any shockers? Here are a few potential bombshell matchups:

They do have trouble stopping the run, but they also have the ability to make this game closer than expected.

Iowa Hawkeyes vs No. 5 Penn State (-10): The Hawkeyes were the only team to beat Penn State in the regular season last year, so, it is a given that the Nittany Lions will be up for this game. But the talent gap is not as large as one might expect between these two squads and funny things often happen in conference play. Despite their narrow win over FCS Northern Iowa in week one, Iowa has to be looking around at the rest of the Big 10 thinking, "We can win this thing." And, Kirk Ferentz is no stranger to success when it comes to beating Penn State. His Hawkeyes are 6-1 in their last seven against Penn State and they are 4-1 in their last five at State College.
