2010 College Football Week 4 Odds: The college football season has progressed to week four, which means several teams will find themselves opposite a conference opponent come Saturday. The situation looked perilous in the first half with Tech down 10-0 in the first quarter and 24-21 at the break, but the Hokies broke things open with a 28-3 second half. Now they face a 2-0 Boston College squad in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts; a place where they have lost two of their last three games, including a 28-23 setback in 2008. This is a must win game if there ever was one for Frank Beamer and the Hokies.
California vs Arizona (-6.5): California looked to have things rolling after destroying Colorado 52-7 at home, but the parade ended last Friday in Reno as the Wolf Pack of Nevada thrashed the Bears 52-31. Jeff Tedford's troops can still make some noise in the Pac 10, though, but they need a win on Saturday against the Wildcats to get the conference season started in the right direction. That will be no easy task given the way Mike Stoops' squad is playing. Arizona comes into this game 3-0 after beating ninth ranked Iowa 34-27 on Saturday. Were it not for a couple of late breaks in favor of the Hawkeyes, the Wildcats would have, most likely, scored a double digit victory.
