The Crimson Tide built a 31-10 lead with 5:15 left in the third quarter only to see Arkansas grab a 38-31 lead with 8:08 left in the fourth quarter. Junior quarterback John Parker Wilson (24-for-45, 327 yards, 4 TDs) engineered a game-winning touchdown drive in the final two minutes for the win. Wilson’s 8-yard pass to senior wide receiver Matt Caddell gave Alabama the win. Caddell had four catches for 41 yards on the game-winning drive.

Alabama went into the game with Arkansas as a -4 point home favorite with a total of 46 according to oddsmakers at online sportsbook Bodog.com. Arkansas covered the spread (+4) and the total sailed OVER with 79 points on the board.

Georgia is coming off a 45-16 win over Western Carolina last Saturday in Athens. Sophomore quarterback Matthew Stafford completed 14 of 20 passes for 174 yards and two touchdowns in the win.
