Iowa vs Penn State College Football Predictions, College Football Picks & College Football Odds: The Iowa Hawkeyes kick off their conference season tonight at Beaver Stadium in State College, Pennsylvania. It is also the first Big 10 game of the season for the hosting Nittany Lions. The two rivals will clash at 8:00pm ET on ABC. Today's game has all the makings of a low scoring affair as the Hawkeyes are yielding just 12 points per game and the Lions are giving up a mere 6.2. Iowa will need to establish a ground game in order to be successful, but that may be easier said than done against a squad that is allowing just 46.3 rush yards per game.
