Going into their matchup this week, the Cal Golden Bears are ranked No. 6 in both the AP and Coaches poll and the Oregon Ducks are ranked No. 11 in the AP and No. 12 in the coaches. Homefield advantage seems to be of more importance in this game as the lower ranked Ducks are listed as a 5½-point chalk and bettors are backing the host team at a 70 percent clip. When these two teams met last year in Berkeley, the Bears destroyed the Ducks by a score of 45-24 but it was Cal who was the -5½-point favorite in that one. It is worth noting that California is only 1-6 ATS in their last seven trips up the coast to face Oregon. Point-Spreads.com award winning handicapper Reno Goldberg is red-hot with his college football picks through week-four going 22-14-0 (15-8 ATS, 5-3 totals) for a sizzling 71% winning average. Reno guarantees at least 7-picks per week in his weekly picks package that can be found right here.
