Iowa has, without question, been the more impressive of these two Big Ten adversaries thus far, beating its opposition by an average of 34.3 points per game compared to Penn State's 21 point margin of victory. The Hawkeyes have also owned this rivalry, winning eight of 10 by an average of 5.3 points per game.
