Hawaii vs Louisiana Tech College Football Picks, College Football Odds & College Football Predictions: The Hawaii Warriors have made their way stateside for a mid-week battle with conference rival Louisiana Tech. The two WAC schools will kick things off tomorrow night at 8:00pm ET at Joe Aillet Stadium in Ruston, Louisiana. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN2. The Warriors enter tomorrow's conference opener with a 2-1 record. Hawaii suffered its first loss of the season on September 19th, falling 34-33 to the UNLV Rebels in Las Vegas. Head Coach Greg McMackin's squad had to stew over their late collapse on the long flight home as the Rebels scored the go ahead touchdown with just 00:36 left in the game. 

Hawaii racked up plenty of yardage, as it usually does, in the loss, finishing with a total of 505. Quarterback Greg Alexander completed 31-of-48 passes for 477 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. Three Warrior wideouts had over 100 yards receiving, led by junior Rodney Bradley's 189 yard day. Hawaii ran the ball just 15 times in the contest for a total of 28 yards.

McMackin had a special schedule for his team this week as he stressed the importance of winning the conference opener. He also indicated tomorrow's game is an great opportunity for the football program to gain a little notoriety.

"This is an important game for us," McMackin said. "The whole nation has a chance to see what Warrior football is all about. I feel a big responsibility for us to represent the team, our staff and the people of Hawaii."

Louisiana Tech comes into tomorrow evening's game with a 1-2 mark after getting its first win of the season a week and a half ago. Derek Dooley's team got past FCS school Nicholls State 48-13 at home after losing 13-37 at Auburn and 14-32 at Navy to open the year.

Quarterback Ross Jenkins completed 21 of his 30 pass attempts in the victory for 357 yards and two touchdowns. The Bulldogs got the ground game going as well, piling up 185 rush yards. Freshman running back D.J. Morrow led the team with 89 yards (eight carries) and a touchdown.

Louisiana Tech's defense held the Colonels to 271 total yards and one third down conversion. Nicholls State also coughed the ball up four times in the loss.

College Football Picks Betting Trend: Hawaii is 6-1 straight up and 4-2-1 against the spread in their last seven meetings with Louisiana Tech. However, the Bulldogs are 8-2 straight up in their last 10 games as a home favorite with a spread between 4 and 7.5.
