NCAAF Picks: Pittsburgh vs Louisville College Football Predictions & Odds: Two Big East teams will get to showcase their skills tomorrow night in front of a national television audience as the Pitt Panthers meet the Louisville Cardinals at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. Tomorrow evening's ESPN2 conference showdown will be the first league game of the season for each squad. The game is set to get underway at 8:00pm ET in Louisville, Kentucky. Pittsburgh dropped its first game of the year last weekend, losing 31-38 to North Carolina State in Raleigh. Quarterback Bill Stull completed 12-of-23 passes for 206 yards and two touchdowns. Freshman running back Dion Lewis had 19 carries for 95 yards and two scores.

Louisville fell to 1-2 last Saturday with a 14-30 road loss to Utah at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City. The Cardinals offense was limited to 261 yards and four third down conversions by the Utes defense. The passing game produced 181 yards while the ground game accumulated a meager 80 yards at 2.3 yards per carry. Junior quarterback Justin Burke, who has struggled to fill the shoes of Hunter Cantwell, completed 15-of-33 passes for 181 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. Burke has completed just 51 percent of his passes this year and he has thrown three touchdowns to four interceptions.

Utah's offense abused Louisville's front seven, grinding out 214 rush yards and 19 first downs. Junior running back Eddie Wide did the bulk of the work, rushing for 129 yards in 19 carries. It was the second game in a row that a team produced over 160 rush yards against Steve Kragthorpe's troops. Kentucky racked up 168 (5.1 ypc) in a 31-27 win on September 19th.
