2010 College Football Point Spreads Week 6: College Football Week 6 gets an early Tuesday start with Middle Tennessee hosting Troy in a Sun Belt Conference battle followed by a game on Wednesday with Alabama-Birmingham (Blazers) traveling to Orlando to take on the Central Florida Golden Knights. Then in the usual Thursday slot (7:45 pm, ESPN) No. 7 Nebraska and Kansas State will do battle down in Manhattan, Kan., in a crucial game in the Big 12 North. Then on Friday,  No. 22 Oklahoma State steps out of BIG 12 action to host Louisiana-Lafayette (SUN BELT) at 9 pm.

Kansas State is surprisingly a +12 home underdog to Nebraska on Thursday. For Friday's game, Oklahoma State is a huge 23-chalk favorite at home to the visiting Ragin' Cajuns.

Like most weeks, there are some huge betting games in the Southeast Conference (SEC) this week and it's no surprise, that No. 1 Alabama is leading the group. The Crimson Tide take to the road for the second time this season when they travel to Columbia, S.C., for a game with  No. 19 South Carolina. In another important SEC game, No. 14 Florida will attempt to prove it's relevance when they host No. 12 LSU in the Swamp.

Alabama is listed as a 7-chalk favorite on the BetUS board versus South Carolina while Florida is giving 7-points in its game with the Tigers. In other SEC Conference action, Georgia returns home on Saturday as an 11 1/2-chalk favorite to Tennessee, Vanderbilt is a 24-chalk favorite hosting Eastern Michigan, No. 11 Arkansas gives -8 to Texas A&M in a game to be played in Dallas, Kentucky is a +8 home underdog to No. 8 Auburn, and Mississippi State is a 5 1/2-chalk road favorite at C-USA member Houston.

A huge rivalry game will take place in the BIG TEN Conference when No. 17 Michigan State travels down to Ann Arbor to play No. 18 Michigan. Keeping it in the BIG TEN, No. 2 Ohio State will defend home turf when the Buckeyes return to Columbus to host Indiana and No. 20 Wisconsin hosts Minnesota.

BetUS.com lists the Wolverines as 4 1/2 chalk home favorites to the Spartans while Ohio State is giving -22 1/2 to the Hoosiers. Wisconsin is more than a three touchdown favorite (-21 1/2) to the Golden Gophers. Also in the BIG TEN, Penn State is an 8 1/2-chalk favorite at home to Illinois and No. 25(USA-Today) Northwestern is an 11-chalk favorite hosting Purdue.

In other BIG 12 action, No. 24 Missouri will host the Colorado Buffalos. The Tigers are 11 1/2 point favorites in that game. Iowa State gets a chance to prove its prowess when they host No. 10 Utah (MWC) in a non-conference battle at Ames. The Cyclones are +7 1/2 home dogs in that game.

The big game in the Pac-10 will no doubt be between No. 9 Stanford and 18 USC up in Palo Alto. Oregon State travels to play No. 14 Arizona while Oregon  is expected to have an easy time with Washington State. Also playing out west is Arizona State visiting Washington.

BetUS.com lists the Cardinal as 8 1/2 chalk home favorites to the Trojans , the Wildcats as 8 1/2-point favorites to Oregon State, Oregen as heavy 34 1/2-chalk favorites at Washington State. Washington is a 1-point favorite at home to the surprising Sun Devils.
