Boise State vs Fresno State Spread 2011 CFB Predictions Week 6: Former WAC rivals Boise State and Fresno State will take center stage on Friday night as they meet in a stand alone tilt at Bulldog Stadium in Fresno, California. Tomorrow night's game, which features the No. 5 Broncos as a -20.5 against the spread road favorite, is scheduled for a 9:00pm ET kickoff on ESPN. Boise State dominated a lot of teams last season, but they saved their best performance for the Bulldogs when the two Boise State vs Fresno State Spread 2011 CFB Predictions Week 6teams met at Bronco Stadium on November 19. Kellen Moore and company, with the exception of two turnovers, were flawless, pasting Fresno State 51-0.

The Broncos offense finished the night with 31 first downs and 516 total yards while the defense held the Bulldogs to nine first downs, 1-for-12 on third down, and 125 yards of offense.

Moore completed 27-of-38 passes for 333 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception in the win. Wideouts Titus Young and Austin Pettis combined for 18 catches, 257 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns.

Despite the loss of Young and Pettis to the NFL, Boise State, based upon the way it has played thus far, looks poised to put another beating on Fresno State. The Broncos are 4-0 on the season and they have defeated their opposition (Georgia, Toldeo, Tulsa, and Nevada) by an average of 19.8 points per game.

Moore, who has participated in three of the Broncos five consecutive wins over the Bulldogs, has thrown an uncharacteristic four interceptions this year, but another Heisman invite seems probable given his other numbers. The senior passer has thrown for 1137 yards and 14 touchdowns and his 73.9 completion percentage and 173.71 quarterback rating rank are among the best in the nation.

The 2011 Bulldogs appear ready to carry on Fresno's tradition of toughness, but they are clearly a step below the Broncos. Fresno owns a 2-3 record after suffering losses to BCS schools Cal, Nebraska, and Mississippi; the school's two wins are against North Dakota and WAC rival Idaho. Get $50 in Free CFB Picks Here.

Boise failed to cover last Saturday's 24 point spread against Nevada thanks to two Moore picks. Look for the Broncos and Moore to make amends on Friday night with another Fresno State whipping.
