Cincinnati vs. USF College Football Picks: The Big East will rule the night on Thursday when No. 8 (AP) ranked University of Cincinnati Bearcats football team travels to Tampa, Fla., to play 21st ranked University of South Florida Bulls at Raymond James Stadium in a game of unbeatens.
