Missouri dropped its first game of the season last Thursday, losing 12-27 at home to Nebraska. The Tigers led 12-0 at the end of three quarters, but things got away from them in the fourth after quarterback Blaine Gabbert tossed two interceptions. Gary Pinkel's squad, which finished the game with just 225 total yards, failed to capitalize on several Husker miscues, leaving the door open for Bo Pelini's troops to get the win.

"There were a lot of opportunities the first three quarters," Pinkel said. "If we had done a better job of executing on both sides of the football, it might not have gotten like that in the fourth."

Sixteenth ranked Oklahoma State improved to 4-1 last weekend, getting a tough 38-31 road win against the Texas A&M Aggies. The Cowboys were without star wide recevier Dez Bryant, who was suspended by the NCAA for the remainder of the season for lying about a visit with former NFL star Deion Sanders, and top rusher Kendall Hunter, who was nursing an ankle injury. They still produced 21 first downs and 448 yards in the close win.

OSU is appealing Bryant's suspension, but it is still uncertain if he will suit up against Mizzou tomorrow night. Head Coach Mike Gundy feels his team can still do well even if Bryant is ruled out.

"We've got a number of guys that can step up and make plays," Gundy said. "They've got a long way ahead of them and a lot of work to do. We're very encouraged with their effort [though]."

College Football Predictions Betting Trend: Oklahoma State is 7-3 against the spread and 9-1 straight up in their last 10 games as a home favorite.
