College Football Predictions 2011 Week 8: The top 10, as a group, have been a great against the spread play all season long, but based upon this week's line moves, bettors are moving away from the nation's elite in today's action. Enough money has come in on the opposition of No. 6 Oklahoma State, No. 9 Oregon, No. 1 LSU, No. 5 Boise State, and No. 4 Wisconsin to cause a shift in the respective game odds. The question, though, is whether or not sharp or square money is driving the moves.

No. 4 Wisconsin Badgers vs No. 15 Michigan State (from +7.5 to +7): This move was probably driven by sharps recognizingCollege Football Predictions 2011 Week 8 the fact that Wisconsin has yet to play a road game or face a defense capable of slowing down its high powered offense. The Spartans, which have defeated the Badgers the last three times the two teams met in East Lansing, are giving up an average 186.2 yards and 10.8 points per game. Michigan State has posted those numbers against some less than stellar competition, but they did limit Notre Dame and Michigan to a total of 525 yards. Get $50 in Free CFB Picks Here.

No. 9 Oregon Ducks vs Colorado Buffaloes (from +33 to +30.5): The Ducks are an impressive 5-1, but they do not look like the equal of last year's squad. Still, Oregon has won its last three games, all conference tilts, by an average of 22.3 points per contest. Each of its opponents in those league skirmishes, Arizona, Cal, and Arizona State, is better than Colorado. Sure, things can get a little sketchy when the line crests 30 points, but the Buffaloes have given zero indication that they can hang with Oregon. Remember, Colorado gave up 37 points to an offensively challenged Ohio State team, just imagine what the Ducks will do to that defense.
