Texas vs Missouri College Football Odds, College Football Predictions & College Football Picks: The Texas Longhorns and Missouri Tigers will meet tomorrow night in a Big 12 South versus North clash at Faurot Field in Columbia. The Longhorns need a win to preserve their number three ranking and chances at a BCS title shot while the Tigers need a victory to stay alive in the Big 12 North race. The game is set to get underway at 8:00pm ET on ABC. College Football Odds at BetUS.com have Missouri listed as a +12 against the spread home underdog. Texas poured a lot into their game against the Sooners last week and they came away with a 16-13 win in the Red River Quarterback Colt McCoy did not have overwhelming numbers, but no one did in this slugfest. The Heisman candidate completed 21-of-39 passes for 127 yards a touchdown and an interception. He also rushed the ball 14 times for 33 yards. Missouri would be remiss if they are expecting a letdown out of Texas after such a grueling rivalry contest. The Longhorns are 9-1 in their last 10 post-Oklahoma games and they still have a great deal at stake. "The pressure is there being No.3 because everybody says to every one of our kids that unless you win them all you're not going to have a chance to get what you want," Brown said. Missouri fell to 4-2 overall and 0-2 in conference play last Saturday, losing 17-33 to Oklahoma State in Stillwater. The Tigers had more yardage and as many first downs as the Cowboys, but they also had four turnovers to the Pokes zero. Gary Pinkel's squad now finds itself at the bottom of the Big 12 North standings as a result of its mistake prone league play, but a win over Texas could change their whole outlook. Quarterback Blaine Gabbert, who looked unflappable in Missouri's four non-conference games, has not been the same in losses to Nebraska and Oklahoma State. The sophomore signal caller has thrown five interceptions over the last two games after not throwing a single pick in Missouri's 4-0 start. An ankle injury suffered in the first quarter of the loss to the Cornhuskers could be the culprit. Whatever the issue, the Tigers will need Gabbert at his best in order to beat Texas because it is all but a certainty that Missouri will not be able to run on the Longhorns. College Football Odds Betting Trend: Texas is 6-4 against the spread and 10-0 straight up in their last 10 games as a road favorite against a Big 12 foe in the month of October. Rivalry as a result. The Longhorns defense came up big, forcing five Oklahoma turnovers and stonewalling the Sooners ground attack. The two-headed monster that is Chris Brown and DeMarco Murray managed -16 rush yards in 22 attempts against Mack Brown's defense. Texas also knocked quarterback Sam Bradford out of the game early, reinjuring the Heisman winner's banged up throwing shoulder.
