One of the biggest games of the college football betting weekend takes place a couple of days early on Thursday night as #8 Virginia Tech hosts #2 Boston College. The Eagles are now #2 in the BCS standings while the Hokies are ranked 8th. Boston College is led by quarterback Matt Ryan who is now a Heisman Trophy candidate. He threw two touchdowns against Notre Dame two weeks ago in the Eagles 27-14 win. He is now 21-4 as a starter.
